Words can't even explain how much I adore and appreciate Lotta Luv Academy.. Imm keep this short in…read moresweet I've been Knowing the Owners over 6 years! My son been in the Care of Lotta Luv since he was 6 weeks old! I never had to worry about the safety or concerns! Owners are straight forward by the book! Update on all information are given out daily.. And if you don't believe me I have receipts to sure! Also my son started Kindergarten this school year! Oh boy let me tell you this.. my son was bored in classes, you know why? Let tell you he's been learning since he was able to comprehend, counting, knowing his colors, Alphabets, identifying subjects etc! I can go on an on.. Just know no sick kids are allowed, you have a 24 hour turn around unless child is still sick.. Safety is no Issue! Cleaning is no issue! Policy are set in Place! For a reason! It's nothing but Love at Lotta Luv i would differently Recommend Lotta Luv Learning Academy!

Instead of giving you a "lotta luv" they give you a, "lotta stress" , lots of "disrespect &…read morerudeness" plus a "lotta lies". I suggest you give your hard earned money to a daycare that deserves it. Here's my experience and other parents experience: At first they make you feel like you are entering into a nice professional environment to make you feel like you made a great choice. It's like some kind of sales tactic and it's far from the truth. The director/manager/whichever title applies Ms. Stephanie Roundtree has a very nasty attitude. She is not professional at all. She yells and screams at the children. She yells and screams at the parents and talks to them any kind of way. They have a strict ridiculous unreasonable feeding schedule and if you are even 1 minute late your child will not eat. Also, your child will not eat if you aren't there 15 mins before the feeding time schedule. Things happened and the child should not suffer or be neglected due to regular life circumstances. Anything can happen and they should be more flexible. The child should still eat and I bet she would make sure that her grand kids where fed. My son lost almost 2lbs since he been there and he was only there. During my child's doctors appointment there was a concern that since he was attending this daycare he has lost almost 2 lbs. My child was only there for maybe 2 months. There's tons of miscommunication between the teachers and constant confusion. One of the teachers claimed that they checked my child's temperature and that was false. If she would of checked the temperature she would of know that my child had a fever. All she had to do was say, "Ma'am I didn't check his temperature you may want to check it when you get home to take him to the doctor". They are shorthanded as well and it doesn't make sense to keep accepting kids just to take the parents money if you don't have the staffing. They claim to be teaching the kids a curriculum and that is far from the truth. They may be doing only about 5% of what's being told to the parents. I didn't ask for proof because I trusted them. The sanitation needs to be better because , my son stayed sick while he was there. There was often a times where the infant room had to be closed for the rest of the day due to it being contaminated with sick children etc. That's a huge inconvenience for the parents during their working hrs. I understand that kids get sick but having to pick your child up multiple times in a month for sickness is a major issue. She actually stated and yelled at one of the kids for being on the floor stating , "GET YO BEHIND OFF that floor before you get a RINGWORM!!!!". My blanket and sheet set was lost of stolen and when I approached them they said "he never had one". I have receipts to show that I supplied my child with the sheet and blanket set. I paid 30$ for a nice sheet and blanket set for my son and I was offended with that response one of the teachers gave me. All she had to do was apologize and offer me the money to go buy another. I spoke with Ms. Rountree only to get fussed out and talked to like I was nothing more then the scum at the bottom of her feet. I sent her a very nice professional email so it was no reason for her to act the way she did. I have always been professional with everyone & always well mannered. I didn't deserve the way I was treated. Being that this is a religious or church affiliated daycare I expected better. It looks very nice on the outside and is in a nice neighborhood. I will never return here and I suggest you don't even attempt to be here unless you have no other choice.

I don't even know where to begin--Wise Scholar Greenbrier is hands down the best daycare in the…read more757! My grandson absolutely loves it. The staff is incredible--caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. I also love the app that provides live updates throughout the day, so you can stay connected with your little scholar at all times. The structured learning environment is impressive, and the uniforms make all the kids look so neat and adorable. I couldn't be happier with our experience! The Bynum's love it!!!!!!!

My little one has had an easy transition over to Wise from a previously chaotic establishment…read more The center is consistently clean. As it is a daycare and diapers are changed frequently, there's no unpleasant smells or that icky look or feel to the establishment. You can tell cleanliness and sanitation is taken seriously. The teachers were excited to have a new student coming to learn and play with them. I felt happy and comfortable bringing my little one here to Wise. They keep the children busy with learning and playing and you can see your child's day through updates directly from their teacher! I had a tour before enrolling and an owner stepped out onto the lot after I was parked for a few minutes and asked me if I needed help with anything and to confirm that I was a parent actually visiting the care center. I felt that this made my decision to move my little one here to Wise all the better. This is a private lot, so there should only be traffic from parents and family members actually visiting the center. I was able to see the owner and staff had a genuine concern for the safety of our children and parents that attend the center. Anyone not familiar with how terrible people can be to innocent children may not understand, but as a parent, I was extremely grateful. I too would be suspicious and wary of anyone waiting in the parking lot of a DAYCARE CENTER for a long time. Take time to visit the center for yourself and see the safety, the cleanliness, the love of the staff and happiness of the children. It's good to read reviews, but take it from a parent that actually has a child enrolled here, not a random Uber driver in the parking lot. Remember, some reviews are just posted with malicious intent from random people

While the facility appears clean and organized, deeper issues with management and communication…read moremake it a poor choice for childcare. Communication from management is severely lacking. We gave two weeks' notice via email of our intent to withdraw our children but never received formal acknowledgment. After following up, we were informed--without prior notice--that they don't pro-rate tuition. As a result, we were charged full tuition for just two days of attendance, which felt unfair and lacked transparency. Staff turnover is also a major issue. Teachers change frequently, with little to no communication from management. This inconsistency made it difficult for our children to build relationships and feel secure. Lastly, the curriculum is not as advertised. Our children weren't meaningfully engaged, making it feel more like basic daycare than an early learning environment.

The staff engage the kids with parallel play and do arts and crafts and enrichment activities with them! It doesn't smell like pee or grime when you walk in, which as some of you know is huge! My kids rarely get sick, because they're so diligent about cleaning here! Added bonus they also accept MCCYN for active duty families, and the staff is friendly and professional! Awesome location of La Petite, cannot recommend enough!
