He follows up PROMPTLY, no waiting for days. If there is a problem with one of my kids, he or his nurse is calling me back within minutes. My son was getting complaints from teachers about hyper behavior. He brought him in for testing, asked him lots of questions & studied his habits before jumping into a diagnosis. He made several follow up visits to check to see how he was doing. He told me to call him if there were any adverse reactions to the medication that was prescribed to him. If any of my kids are sick, really sick (not just they have a small cough) he will make time to see them. Dr Robbins truly cares about the kids he sees and really goes above and beyond to make sure they are developing normally and in good health.

One of the partners, Lawrewnce P. Heiny is a danger. This old doctor needs to retire before he kills a child. He is obviously bored with his job. He is unable to answer even simple straightforward questions. He speaks in riddles and rhymes, and answers questions with questions. Give me a break...he should be dealing with children's health matters instead of pretending to be a philosophy professor. Also, when he was tired and in a bad mood (from being on call), he put our child's life in danger by telling my wife to take our child home instead of to the ER. The nurse objected to him telling my wife to take our child home, but he told my wife she should take our child home and just "plan on staying up all night." My child ended up in the ER early the next morning. Dr. Heiny risked our daughter's life because he was bitter about being up all night on call, and wanted someone else to suffer the same way. A doctor who can't mentally handle his job anymore is a health risk. Keep your children far away from this place!

When I came in, I was greeted, I felt welcomed, and in my conversation about my back with the massage therapist out front, the chiropractor came out and talked to me as well. My wife had bought me a gift of Groupon for a massage here recently and it was very easy (online) to schedule an appointment. Due to previous experience with Groupon, I expected to wait months for an appointment. I had an email from the massage therapist and felt welcomed even before I walked through the door. I have hardly any experience getting a massage so I was not sure what to expect. I appreciated the fact that Sarah (my massage therapist) asked me questions to find out where my pain was and tailored my massage experience to my answers. It was just the right amount of pressure because she asked me near the beginning if that's what worked for me. I was there for a 50 minute massage and although I did not fall asleep, it was very relaxing. I felt like taking a nap when she told me our time was done and I could take my time getting up. I could see going back and I don't think it'll be another 7 years before I have another massage. So relaxing, and with this experience, so worth the price.

On my long and arduous journey of recovery, I've suffered from various conditions including IBSD, spinal issues, slipped discs, neuropathies and fibromyalgia. More than anything else, the reason I would recommend Dr.Luke is not just because he's a really great doctor, but out of the maybe close to a 100 doctors I've seen in my 28 years, I've never met a doctor more personable or caring than he. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is to a person dealing with chronic pain and/or disability. At that point I was so without words that I ended the phone call and cried the next hour thinking about how a pediatrician with a medical license to treat sick children, just insulted me over a vaccine record that I have printed and in my hand....Ready to present to them in person. She didn't know how to take blood, I'm so upset and have never seen someone treat an adult like that none the less a child! My primary physician noticed a swelling on my neck and sent me for an ultrasound. It was suggested…read morethat I be evaluated further and I was referred to Dr Evan Tobin. Dr Tobin was well worth the wait. I immediately felt at ease. He could see behind my facade and answer the questions I wasn't asking, fully and in terms that I could understand. He was still waiting for my ultrasound results which hadn't been sent over before my appointment and he told me he would get them, study them and give me his recommendations. He followed up promptly the next day. I didn't answer the phone because I thought it was another one of "buy my house" calls. I certainly did not expect a return call that quickly. Dr Tobin left a short message and followed up with an email which explained fully his thoughts. In some ways the email was good because I could refer to it. You know your mind kind of goes blank when taking in medical information. I was very pleased with the care Dr Tobin gave me. I highly recommend him. Furthermore the entire office is one of efficiency and competence. I brought a big book preparing to wait in both the outer and inner office. Nope...there he was. And when Dr Tobin was in the room, I didn't feel rushed. I felt like I was his sole focus. I wish I could remember the names of his nurses. They also deserve a shout out for their competence and friendliness. You are always nervous seeing a new doctor. I felt cared for. This is a well run operation.
