The self clean tubs are raised and the hoses were plenty long so it was SO much easier on my back! There was also shampoo and bathing brushes that really helped! The driers were cold and loud so we skipped that part but there were towels available and best yet, MY bathroom didn't need cleaned after!! Our puppy got sick one month when we had paid for a full month of day care and we were reimbursed for the week we would not be there to allow a virus to run its course. In the same regards, we had our dog spaded and the management team reimbursed us for the time out with the last minute scheduling. All in all, these folks love the 100s of dogs at the facility each day and ensure your puppy has fun and receives the love they deserve.

I took my dogs in because they were sick and trusted the clinic to properly evaluate and treat them. They were prescribed medications, including antibiotics, but unfortunately, my dogs did not get any better. What concerns and frustrates me the most is what happened afterward. I called the clinic 3-4 times asking to speak with Dr. Meyers because my dogs were still not improving and I was worried about their condition. Despite repeatedly reaching out, I never received a single return phone call from the doctor. As a pet owner, when your animals are sick and not responding to treatment, it is incredibly stressful and frightening. My dogs are my babies, and I trusted this clinic with their health. At the very least, I expected someone to follow up with me, listen to my concerns, and advise me on what I should do next. Unfortunately, this is also not the first time I have taken my dogs to this clinic and felt that their issues were never completely resolved. Veterinary care is expensive, and families work hard for the money they spend caring for their animals. It is extremely frustrating to pay for appointments and medications and then feel like you are left on your own when the treatment isn't working. I understand that veterinary clinics are busy, but multiple calls regarding animals who are not improving should not go unanswered. Communication and follow-up are an important part of caring for an animal, especially when a concerned owner is repeatedly asking for help. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether I will ever return to St. Francis. More importantly, I am still extremely concerned about my dogs and disappointed that after repeatedly asking for help, I never heard back from Dr. Meyers. I truly hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves how it follows up with concerned pet owners. We trust veterinary professionals with members of our family, and that trust should mean something.

Read the service agreement carefully because he still won't prove where it says there's such fees for that much notice in advance to cancel. Disappointed overall and only half of our dog's nails were clipped. A better job could've been done for the price we paid for our small dogs. I expected way better service for paying almost $400 with a tip. They practically just got a bath and bandana that was too tight for them. Not worth it one bit!

Ive been happy with every visit, she takes all the time needed to figure out the hard stuff, even tho she is a one vet operation. Her staff support her and usually as busy as they are, always take the time needed for every sick or injured pet, not to mention the hurting owners. She is compassionate to a fault, giving up her personal time, on her feet all day, diagnosing in a professional manner even tho I can tell she sure gets tired with the workload, but maintains a good attitude, and my pets are always taken the best care of by the good staff at GVC.
