A year ago (2019) my husband stopped in and had them do a full inside and outside job on our old minivan, which it is the dedicated dog-mobile. Worth every penny! There was not a single strand of hair left inside the car and the carpet and upholstery looked practically brand new. Under the hood, the engine looked like it just came off the assembly line. The windows and exterior were buffed and polished beautifully, but how they restored the wheels was just mystifying-- they looked brand new! Two weeks ago (2020) we purchased a new minivan, and with such a huge investment, we wanted to make sure it stayed looking new. When you weigh all the options, a ceramic coating made the most sense, both in terms of protecting the finish and in terms of cost in the long run. The owner, Maurice, did a fantastic job! Friends who had seen the van commented that it looked noticeably better than when we first drove it off the dealer lot. Highly, highly recommended!! So very grateful they are in our area!! Returned to have the van spruced up (2021). Left looking looking like new. A week later, we gave Maurice another challenge. My car was only three years old, but it had been ridden hard and looked like it was far older inside and out. Maurice corrected the paint and applied a ceramic coating and then went to work on the interior. The results were just stunning! My sister, who visits regularly from Dayton, has been a passenger in that car many times. When I sent her pictures of the inside and outside, she and her husband thought we had bought a new car! My car is a 2015. I take very good care of my cars, but have never had this one detailed. Well I had the Exress Detail done today. Worked with Maurice. He's a gem. Pleasant and professional. He did an outstanding job. This was the first time I have used Smart Auto Details, but based on this experience I will be returning with my classic 1973 Pontiac for the Platinum Full Detail. On a personal note...Maurice had family members visiting from California who showed up as I was about to leave. I had a nice conversation with them before I left. What a nice family. He worked with me on setting up a mutually agreeable appointment time, offered to take my Mom home so she did not have to wait at the shop, and was able to efficiently take payment for the service requested. Wow... Excellent Work! I brought my car in for detailing after having travelled across country from California over two months, carrying many different belongings from camping equipment to beach chairs. I wanted to get a wax and clay bar to by CRV. To get rid of stains from my roof rack. This place made the car look brand new and got rid of every blemish. I ordered just an exterior detail but they threw in a quick clean on the inside. Prices are well worth it.
