Very dissatisfied in the quality of this car wash nowadays. It use to be the best one in North east Ohio . The new family owner got very defensive when I had a small complaint. I payed for a car wash and buff&shine that's almost $30.00 nowadays. After the car dryer blew a part off my BMW and I had to walk the car wash to retrieved a part from my hood. I talk to the owner and all he wanted to do is argue with me and tell me it was my fault that something broke. The Service is not like it used to be the inside windows did not get wiped down still had the squirts marks on the windows running down the window didn't wipe the tires down or the Rims just saying the quality is not like it used to be back in the late 70s and 80s do not waste your money on this car wash. No one needs to be treated the way I was it was nice doing business with them but not anymore! read more

My dad has always loved going here, and I went for the first time on my own. I think for how much money the service is you are getting a great deal! I paid for a wash, and buff'n shine which was around $35 dollars. My car was sparkling, and pretty clean on the inside. However if you want your car to be completely spotless on the inside you need to go to a detailing service that you have to pay $$$ for. This place is a tidy up not a full interior clean. Keep that in mind when coming here. However great service for a car wash place. read more

I had been a long-time customer until they scratched my brand new car and refused to take responsibility for it. They treated me horribly when I brought it to their attention - one of the owners actually asked me, "Are you a football player or Italian? Why do you keep talking with your hands?" Needless to say - I will never be back. I highly recommend that you don't go to this car wash - or if you do - take photos of your vehicle prior to getting it washed so you have proof when they scratch it. read more

Took my car there Saturday. It's Tuesday and after only being out in a parking lot for 5 hours and on the road for 45 minutes or so, the sun was hitting my car and I noticed that my car had grime on the windshield, streaks of water on it, smudges, and dirt on the sides of it. The inside of my windows were also streaked. I've given them two chances since they are a local business, after they used towels that got white lint all over my black car and tinted windows, left grime on my windshield and also got tire shine on my car. Something's changed with these folks. I've been going there for 30 years. Never again. The manager offered to run it through again, but I had no time to do it so I asked for my money back and he said I left with a clean car. Grime and dirt don't go to specific places...especially after only being on the road for 45 minutes! He complained about ME complaining about the past services. I complain if something isn't done right - especially when it cost $20.00! He also wished me luck with the other car washes. He lost a 30-year customer over $20.00. THAT tells you everything. Just got my car washed after a long road trip. Terrible job. The car was poorly vacuumed. The inside was not dusted. The windows were streaked and I asked to have them cleaned again. They did not remove the dead bugs from my windshield saying they "were not skilled enough". When I returned home, I had to re-dust the car, re-clean all the windows and try to remove the bugs from the windshield. My local car wash in South Carolina does all this effortlessly. This was a waste of time and money. Try a different car wash. read more

Absolutely terrible, the actual wash was awful and they told me after I paid and tipped that one of the employees broke my key off while it was in the ignition. And the only thing the manager told me was "I could tape it back together if you want" mini cooper keys are not cheap, needless to say I'd rather have my car stay dirty than go back there. read more

I've been coming to this carwash for about 30 years. This past Saturday I stopped in to get my vehicle wash and waxed before going on vacation. The buff and shine was down. It's mechanical ok. Paid for the interior and exterior cleaning. Paid the extra for the oversized vehicle. Showed the attendant a couple of areas that needed attention. Went to the waiting room as usual. When I went to pick it up there were so many places that needed attention and the wash crew was already headed to the next car. I stop the last one to point out problems. The gas cap was still filthy. The rims were wiped down, dirt was still in all the creases. One look like it hadn't been touched. I started pointing things out he started getting surly. Finally when I showed him the rim that was the worst he said, it won't come clean, and walked off. My wife and I had no trouble. Getting to that. When I got home my wife and I began to finish what they started. Like I said I paid for an oversized vehicle. The roof was filthy we had to redo it completely. My wife and I are both in our seventies and not the best of health. Which is why I paid for something I liked to do myself. Back to the roof. It has a roof rack. Nothing was touched under the rack. We had to redo the whole thing. I already mentioned the rim's. The interior. The back was never swept. The mat wasn't removed and swept under. The front floors were the same. Although the right side mats were removed but you couldn't tell why because there was they still had dirt under them and the back seat mat was installed backwards so the hooks that kept it from sliding were not attached. The center console was wiped off, sloppily. What ever dust they did move was just pushed into the corners of the trays, cup holders and display. The windows were clean except the windshield which still had rings from the gps and camera suction cups. Those had been removed prior to the so called wash. There was more but I'm tired of typing. I don't think I'll be back. read more

Best car wash in the area - never had less than a stellar experience! Staff is fast & friendly even on the busiest days. The free coffee and popcorn are a bonus and this summer they're giving free Popsicles too. I love to be able to support a quality locally owned and operated business! read more

I wanted the smell out of a car we bought and took it here for interior detail. Even though their estimate was higher than the other places I checked, I took it here thinking I would get a high quality cleaning. I did not get this at all. The smell seemed to be mostly gone, but a little still in one of the floors. When I really checked my car after picking it up, I could not believe the extra dings inside on my doors. The doors had a few spots, but they put the rest. Then put a scratch down the side rear of my car that I know was not there when I took it. I wiped my car out two days before it was taken here and when I picked it up it had dirt streaks on the doors. Very sloppy and way to expensive for this piss poor job. Charged $140.00 plus tax. I believe they did this because I am Black and they don't want Black business. I don't recommend them to anybody, especially anyone of color. Don't waste your money! read more

Worst car wash experience I've ever had. Rude employee taking the order. I watched them take out the all-weather floor mats from the car in front of me and quickly spray them down(with the driver-side door wide open, water spraying all over the interior) and then threw them back in the car dripping wet. No sign for how much the wash actually costs, and no price on the ticket you take to the cashier either. Tried to wish the people drying off the car a Merry Christmas, and not a single one said a word back. Horrible customer service. Probably a great place if you are ignorant and too rich to care about tiny scratches on your vehicle. read more

I was very disappointed in the interior detail work. I paid $150.00 for a thorough Interior cleaning and Shampoo. The carpet was supposedly shampooed but there was dirty water left behind in small puddles. The seats were not touched, there was no evidence the seats or roof liner were cleaned , and no smell of shampoo or freshner was noticed. The windows were obviously wiped down with a dirty cloth, as the streaks were everywhere. Based on what I paid and what was cleaned, it must cost about $500.00 to really clean an interior of a 1 year old car that is driven part time. read more

An employee at this place yelled at my wife because of a broken car lock on Friday, the 26th. She had to go to the nursing home to check on her mom's recent injuries. When she called the carwash on Saturday, 27 December, he continued to yell her and then called her a "stupid bitch" and hung up. When, slightly later, she called again, the same guy continued to interrupt and insult her. It was a lousy carwash, as well. read more
