After all of this they refused to come back a fix their mistakes. You would do a lot better by going to Home Depot or Lowe's (Job is guaranteed).

This job was simple removal of existing countertops ie wood and install Quartz countertops w/Backsplash ! Well all went great until installation day they didn't line up with countertops bottom so u can see a 1/4 " from edge missing on one side and the other was supposed to be one piece but they sliced with dull blade 2 times and you can see both seams which look terrible! So Joe says they will fix it but day one no show, the only positive is I have a kitchen sink and and we can operate the dishwasher! Now the negative these expensive countertops/Backsplash are not as beautiful as promised "You won't see any seams" then backtracks saying he said that when I know I asked prior to even deciding to go with them. Then the other negative is we have family coming in a week and my kitchen is not completed as promised! The communication is absolutely the worse ever not only with the customer but with each other! When they know they messed up terribly they ignore phone calls and text this is the absolute worse experience we have had with a company in a very long time!

From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way.

Had new countertops installed after 30 years in the same house, so had these guys come out to…read moreinstall new under sink filters , new faucet and new disposal that we supplied. We also asked them to replumb the under sink drain. $580...ok no problem, small price to pay to have it done professionally, right? wrong. leaks in the drain, which was some corrugated crap kit their "installer" picked up somewhere, leaks in the supply lines. was getting no hot water at the sink. Called to address the issue. they sent out the same guy and he said we must have a bad water heater. Some coincidence that the water heater died at the same time. We said, ok, need a new water heater. Bought one at HD and had a reputable plumbing company install it. Also had them replumb the drain under the kitchen sink the right way to do away with the leaking issue. Still no hot water at the sink the next day. called the plumbing company back out and they took another look at the faucet installation by Honey Do. The Honey Do installer had reversed the supply lines. Hot to the cold side and cold to the hot side. Lesson learned. Tried to contact them to request a partial refund. No email, no call, no text I'm a disabled Veteran with severe physical limitations on a fixed income and really couldn't afford the $1500 that we had to come up with to fix the problems caused by incompetent installers from Honey Do. The saleswoman was pushing a full $40K remodel... hard pass. Then we tried another slab dealer in Crestview. We actually picked out a slab and then... nothing. Two weeks of calls and zero follow-up for installation. BUT--everything worked out the way it was supposed to because we found @King Granite and Quartz at 60 Beal Pkwy SW in Fort Walton Beach From the first call, it was a completely different experience. King scheduled us for the very next day to pick out our slab, and within ONE WEEK it was fabricated and installed. We chose Fantasy Brown and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. King was fast, friendly, professional, and truly cared about getting it right. No pressure, no upsell--just solid work and great service. The proof is in the results... we LOVE our new bathroom! If you're looking for countertops, skip the runaround and go straight to King Granite and Quartz. Highly recommend
