We recently remodeled the kitchen in our condo and we visited several vendors before choosing Granite Gallery as our supplier and installer. Good move-great choice. From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way. read more

I'm a Interior Designer and I tried to purchase from this family owned company , they never did what was promised and increased the price that was given when I finally got a proposal after waiting 2 weeks when they said they would have it the next day! They didn't show up on a appointment scheduled and hardly ever answered their business phone. Family members run this company and never know anything about what's going on!! I would have given them a lot of business , beware of this company , very unprofessional about the way they conduct business! They wasted my time! read more

Update July 2021: The ownership has changed. They are no longer honoring the warranty provided by the previous owner. The new owner said he is not honoring due to the fact that the previous owner would call certain stones Quartz when they were really Marble and he would lose too much money honoring the warranty. Also, went in to buy more stone for a master bath. The new owner was a hardcore sales guy and did not seem to care what I wanted. He kept pushing for me to get certain stones that were a "great deal" even after telling him they weren't even the color or type of stone I wanted. Prices are now higher than others in the area. I went with a different company this time around. read more

We are so pleased with the job that Granite Gallery did for us recently. We are in the process of remodeling our condo and decided to replace our laminate countertops with granite. We have an unusual shaped bar but Granite Gallery came out and got a perfect template to replace the tops in the exact same shape we had. They had a good selection of granite slabs for us to choose from and we found just what we were looking for. The day of the install they ran into a problem in that our cabinets were not level but they took care of that for us and did a beautiful installation job. They even came back the next day to check it and sealed it again for us. We are extremely pleased with their work and we highly recommend them. read more

We have used this company in the past for a master bath renovation and was provided excellent service so, when we decided to reno our guest bath they were the first to come to mind. A month ago we went in picked out a beautiful piece of marble and we knew that they were a bit behind in their delivery. Cheryl was very understanding when our tile installer had to move up our project and worked us into their schedule. All was going as planned and then two days before the completion of job, we received a call saying that the owner/manager would not sell us the piece that we selected because he couldn't make enough money on it. We certainly understand that all businesses need to make a profit in order to stay in business but, you don't pull the rug out from under someone at the last minute and leave them hanging. We understand that there was a change in ownership since our last dealing with the Granite Gallery and it shows. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! read more

I read good reviews for this company. 2 weeks ago, we went to their office and talked with Granite Gallery's rep. Picked out a slab of quartz and a sink for our kitchen remodel. We filled out all requested information and were told someone would call to set up an appointment for measurements. After 7 days and no call from company, I called them too follow up. The response I received was curt and was informed that they had already told me someone would call to set up appointment and that I would here from them by the end of the week. Now 7 days later, still no call. I am glad that I did not make a deposit. I have called another company and have appointment set up for measurements. Perhaps Granite Gallery will eventually call me so I can tell them they lost my business and recommendation if they care. read more

From start to finish, working with Eva and the installers was a very enjoyable experience, during the most important part of our kitchen remodeling. Measurements were checked, double-checked, and triple-checked to ensure a perfect fit for our custom built cabinets. When throwing a curve and choosing our quartzite from a different supplier, it didn't matter, as Eva is a very kind, "no worries" type of person to work with and makes everything come together Same held true with every member of fabrication and installation crew. Installed a piece of granite in my bathroom. I needed a 4" backsplash, they screwed up and put a 3" backsplash which made the bathroom look stupid. I went back in a chose a new piece of granite for them to install and now they won't return my calls or do anything more on it. DON'T go here! Eva is not a woman of her word and their installation guys are shotty. read more
