As a USDA inspected facility, having to break into the concrete would have forced us to close down our operations until the demolition and construction were completed. The man on the phone asked if yesterday afternoon or today (9:30 am) would be better. I said today would be fine. 9:30 am came and went. I made several calls to two different numbers yet I was never able to contact them or get a call back. This interaction has proven that even though they did an excellent first job, it is a waste of time trying to contact them again. As much as I hate to do it, I am forced to rate this business as a one star due to a lack of communication and a less than decent effort to return my calls. If you can get them out to your house you will get great results. The trick is, getting them there to do the work. I won't make the mistake of contacting them again.
