To make matters worse, when I asked basic questions for clarification, the intake representative (who identified herself as the owner's daughter) became defensive and rude, accusing me of "pushing back" when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I ended up getting a second opinion from another HVAC company, and they confirmed the leak was minor, easy to fix, and covered under the same warranty--with no additional charges, including a full refrigerant top-off. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them and always getting a second opinion.
