The entire process from start to finish took 54 days. I had no running water for 19 days during this time due to my thermal expansion tank and water heater leaking. No one answers the phone, scheduling is a nightmare, and customer service is virtually nonexistent. The most disappointing part happened on the day of the installation. No one showed up during the scheduled appointment window, and I never received a phone call or any notification that they were running late. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told my appointment had somehow "fallen off the schedule" and that someone should be able to come out in a couple of hours. To make matters worse, Craton Pierson (the owner) called me four hours after the scheduled appointment time and informed me that the propane water heater I had ordered wouldn't be able to be installed but he could install an electric water heater instead or I could replace it myself. When I asked questions and voiced my frustration, he was rude and dismissive. The lack of communication, follow-through, customer service and professionalism made an already lengthy process even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value reliable scheduling, timely communication, and good customer service, you may want to look elsewhere. If I could give Pierson Mechanical zero stars, I would.
