Walking in there is a beautiful large selection of Koi fish. Walking around I can ask him any question I want even if it's silly and he would just laugh and joke around along with me. He showed me a fish in particular that he thought was interesting but was already on hold for another customer it was a black colored really big and puffy one. I was saying the fish looked like a mafia boss and he would just laugh. I had a lot of fun with my friends and him just talking and walking around to the point we lost track of time and ended up being in there for 45 minutes. He didn't mind that we came in to just browse and have a look around as i was unsure if my father's tank needed any more fish. The fish there are big! (There are little ones too). There's also fish i don't see in regular pet stores (there was this super buggy eye'd looking gold fish, the eyes literally popping out of his head like big round googly eyes). You'll spend most of that shark tunnel journey dodging hundreds of people trying to take the exact same blue-lit selfie for Instagram and Tik tok. The Discovery Centre: kids get the thrill of dipping their hands into a touch pool to harass and molest unsuspecting stingrays and horseshoe crabs. Somewhere in the middle, you'll encounter an exhibit showing off the aquarium's water filtration system, because nothing screams "fun family outing" like staring at industrial pipes and plumbing. After fighting through dense crowds and aggressive strollers(Labour Day Weekend, avoid!), you are artfully funneled straight into the gift shop to buy a $40 plush shark as a prize for your survival. Ultimately, it's a brilliant attraction where you can spend an hour stepping on people's heels while realizing the fish are having a much more relaxing day than you are. I feel like it's more geared towards family with young kids and tourists from out of town. I feel like it's something you could visit once compared to anyone with kids or frequently have guests from out of town a lot.

I'm glad they opened up a new indoor playground uptown as there's not many in the area, you would need to make your way to the west like Vaughan area. So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.
