I have attempted to get an appointment as a new patient several times in the past month. I entered…read moremy information online and received a text from the Office Manager indicating she would contact me soon to set up an appointment, that was two weeks ago. I tried again last week by calling the office and I had to leave a message explaining I had just moved here and had been diagnosed with a serious condition, so I needed a new doctor. I have not received a text or phone call. I would definitely not want to be a patient at this group due to their lack of response.

Dr. Yturalde listened and was able to order the proper exams to assess my situation. He also corrected dosages for drugs which had been precribed to me by my previous physician. His expertise and care reversed the course of my congestive heart failure . I can now have a normal life and am able to perform everyday tasks which I was forced to stop prior due to my poor health. I highly recommend Dr Yturalde and he is now helping other family members as well.

They recommend that you use the patient portal but the portal often does not work so where does that leave you when you need to speak with someone. I use patient portals for other medical practices and NEVER have any difficulty messaging. Using your phone is also difficult since you usually need to leave a message and may not hear from them for a day or two. PLEASE make it easier to contact someone!!!!

The doctors and staff are nice enough, but they need to bring this practice into the 21st century…read more They made my husband go through a new patient questionnaire, even though he is an existing patient, loading in all of the drugs they have put him on, but were supposedly not in their system. Then, we get taken back, and the tech reviews the prescriptions, but not the ones my husband just filled out. A different record of what prescriptions he is on, which apparently ARE in their system, but had wrong dosages and drugs (ones THEY took him off, or changed the dosages of). Also, there is no Guest WiFi, and cell service is non-existent because of the block construction of the building. So while you sit and wait, you can twiddle your thumbs. If you need to look something up, like trying to check your pharmacy records, or recent lab work that the doctor did nut get the results of, it won't happen. Also, maybe update the office decor, it looks like it was decorated in 1983.
