I went to SMH for my annual (but still stress inducing) mammogram. Everything is sunshine and…read moreroses until you turn 65 and Medicare kicks in. This was my third time back since then - 3 strikes and they're out! Instead of going to the beautifully appointed waiting room filled with caring and efficient professionals, you are herded to a large corral with a sign in system with the sophistication of a deli counter. The check in staff is as compassionate & displays the sense of urgency of a "phone tree" (thank you for your patience). Previously the technicians were the "saving grace" of the process but due to inordinate delays, prioritizing walk-ins over patients with appointments, employees / friends??? cutting the line (Go Gators!), servicing patients an hour late for their appointments I didn't even get to the techs this time. Do better SMH!

BUT was turned away because I missed my "TABLE TIME" if 800 ??????? 73 years on the planet and I've never heard of a TABLE TIME. They wouldn't see me and rescheduled me for 10 days out. Probably NOT. They are just too cool for school. Receptionist was not friendly or flexible. It you can go somewhere else, you probably should. They don't need your business...and I don't need them as a "partner".
