I went in for notary and had the most racist encounter with the notary working there. She keeps on…read moreasking the staff on how to fill the form. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.

One experience that I had was coming here on a weekday and the sign and business hours said they opened at 9am. It was 9:30 am 3 other customers were standing outside holding their packages and checking their phones or watches because the store wasn't open yet. I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I had to make a separate trip which was a bit irritating that they weren't actually open during their stated business hours. Other than that, I've had no issues.

Not only but also afterwards decided to keep a airpod in while we are providing our personal information. Afterwards we watched as all the other employees would get off their phone and provide full attention to customers except us. For someone who just moved out here recently it was very distasteful to have that kind of service all other locations of ups i have went to have never been so bad as this location. All the other workers were extremely attentive, nice, and friendly. As i stated in the beginning as "we " it was my friend joining me as well we both had to get the same documents done, but apparently us both sending a email to just only serve one person ?
