I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

If you need a re-treatment in between monthly services, they will return at no extra charge, and they will also use more aggressive treatments for more difficult problems, if necessary. Michelle is a sweetheart and works around renters or WITH them. They love her! She takes the time to talk to them, to introduce herself, to explain what she is doing, and what she is using. The renters often have concerns about their children or their pets, and she puts their minds at ease. She tries her hardest to accommodate their schedules as well. Five stars here! Give them a try. This family owned business is head-and-shoulders above any corporate option for service, reliability, and price.

There are many nail pops and that is why shingles are blowing off. Contacted BJ Nichols at Pinnacle Bldg. aka Superior Homes, told him about the issues and he said he doesn't know what we want from him. Paid him over 8,000 dollars for that roof and he doesn't know what we want?!!!!!!!!!! I asked him if the shoe was on the other foot, would it be a problem for him, he actually said yes. He is no longer accepting our phone calls so I gather he has no plans to correct the problems. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! HE IS A SCAMMER!!!
