I called them after the fall treatment, and they said they would address it. They never did. My lawn is ruined. I reached out three times in the past month and did not follow up on their part. The entire property is 40 by 70 feet with a house and a shed so the area missed was significant and very noticeable. For this they charged $34. Next time used a different company that did a complete job for $20. The crew was more worried about recording every billable minute on their ipads than doing a decent job. They also left a note that they would do other yard work at $55 per hour per worker. I was told by a neighbor they have new crews working the area - funny they do not charge at a novice rate.
