Even showing us that you don't need fancy tools to make dough and some shortcuts that make it easier to score your dough. We not only learned how to make fresh bread, but we also learned how to make dough so we could bake a loaf for the next day. we also learned how to make focaccia bread, which was absolutely delicious. The class was both educational and informational and I left feeling like I was inspired and excited to keep baking.

In class, I show a clear process that removes the hassle and makes success repeatable. Classes are small, hands-on, and interactive. Every student mixes dough, learns how fermentation works, practices shaping, and sees how small adjustments affect the final loaf. Instead of memorizing recipes, you learn the science behind the dough so you can bake confidently on your own. Students also receive tools, ingredients, and starter culture to take home, so they can continue baking right away. The goal isn’t just to bake one loaf in class — it’s to give you the knowledge and confidence to keep baking great bread. And perhaps most important, the classes are relaxed and genuinely fun. People come to learn, ask questions, meet other bread lovers, and enjoy the experience together. If you want a class where you leave with great bread, real skills, and the confidence to keep baking, Breaducation is a great place to start. Until next time, let’s give thanks for our daily bread… — John Durrant Breaducation
