Smart Tax Solutions LLC is a tax preparation business that was started by Itzel Zimmer in west phoenix in the year 2008. Itzel is very knowledgeable and such a great person to work with!! Her English is perfect, but she is always happy to do business with me in Spanish so I can practice. I live way South East of Phoenix but I would never switch to another tax preparer even if I did have to drive to West Phoenix. Itzel is so helpful, friendly and makes herself available to answer questions. She gets the job done right so you don't have to worry. Smart Tax Solutions is also flexible and allows for you to do business virtually by emailing documents and esigning on a portal so you don't have to go to the office if that works better. The owner and her staff have a great new location that is fully renovated in historic Glendale, AZ. It's nice to have questions answered by an enrolled IRS agent with the experience and patience to find out the correct answers. Complimentary coffee, very nice waiting room, good ambiance, and friendly staff. Thinking about tax time gives me a headache, but visiting this place is relaxing and peaceful.
