Something that is convenient is that they make you sign up for some website and they ask you for a bunch of information and documents before you even come into the office. She told me to gather my medical bills to combine with it and it may work out combined with mortgage interest, but I don't really have access to everything based on provider/portal changes. I don't normally keep the paper copies of my bills since everything is online these days. I had switched to Irma this year because my previous tax lady had moved further out from me, plus that lady sold her business. I figured it was my chance to start fresh.
