I found this company online and decided to go with them after receiving a quick response to my inquiry. Since and 60 emails later, I have to say that it has been my outmost pleasure to work with Fast Customs Clearance. Wayne was assigned to my case and made the process easy and stress free. He was patient with my sometimes perhaps stupid questions, answered quickly to my emails, was patient explaining the process, transparent about costs, always prompt and very professional. I am very impressed by Wayne's service and highly recommend the company. Wayne, thank you from the bottom of my heart; you will truly stand out for your exceptional service.

Their driver refused to deliver nearly $10,000 worth of my art to my studio address due to snow, even though there was just a few inches of snow and the roads were plowed and other large vehicles had no issues the same day the delivery was scheduled. I live in Vermont and this delivery was in late December so it's almost comical that they sent an inexperienced driver. The driver and President of the company decided it was safe to leave the packages with a stranger in a town 10 miles away without my consent. Neither of them had the decency to contact me to let me know, I found out from the stranger. The Shipping Guys completely blew me off. Thankfully the stranger delivered the items, but I was SO dismayed to see the horrible conditions the boxes were in. It was as if the delivery company completely disregarded the fragile labels and kicked the boxes around. Additionally, the President of the company, Dennis, was incredibly rude over the phone to both me and the art gallery that coordinated the shipping. The gallery said he was the hardest person they've ever had to deal with and they work with shipping companies around the world. I will NEVER hire this company and I suggest you don't as well. They have ZERO respect for the valued items they are transporting and are willing to leave belongings with random people they meet on the street. It's surprising that a company functioning in this way is still in business. I know I'm not alone with having a bad experience with this company. Importing for several years now, I've learned quite a bit about this industry and NYCB does a good job at clearing customs and FDA quickly and efficiently. While being speedy, they're also very knowledgeable about customs regulations and have many good contacts in the industry for in case something doesn't go quite "as planned". I would definitely recommend New York Customs Brokers for anyone looking to import seafood or any other product into the USA!!!!

When I informed the employee that I wouldn't be using their service I was called a loser and told I would be eaten by sharks. Luckily I decided to cancel before I was contracted into a less then sub par working relationship. Regardless of your interaction with a customer the company is to remain professional. This is what separates successful businesses from drifting businesses such as New York Customs Brokers. Its astonishing that they are even in business. Definitely avoid this company if you are looking to work with people of a certain standard or better yet with class and manners!
