After informing me that my payment was found to have been made after several phone calls, I was told that I still had overdue payment to which interest will apply. How much? $0.02. I consider the repeated emails and phone calls wasting my time - without cause - to be harrassing. As a result, I cannot help but think that Apple Storage is attempting to upset me to such a degree me that I will vacate the unit as the only way to stop this customer service nightmare.
