The stylist seemed completely unsure of what she was doing from the moment I sat down. She didn't explain anything, didn't ask clarifying questions, and her technique honestly made me question whether she was properly trained. Throughout the appointment, she chopped unevenly, and kept looking away like she didn't know what to do next. By the time she finished, my hair looked nothing like what I asked for I had uneven layers, choppy ends, and she cut off the front of my hair to almost a blunt bob leaving me with a haircut my 8 year old brother would have done better. I felt uncomfortable and she couldn't comprehend what I said the entire time, and the lack of professionalism was obvious.I left beyond disappointed, frustrated, and wishing I had gone somewhere else. I definitely won't be returning ever.

He looks so grown! My daughter has been asking for bangs, which terrified me, but Faith made her look like a rockstar and it fits her personality so well.
