When we walked in today, there wasn't anyone at the front desk to greet us, but this is usually not the case. The last two times we went here, someone greeted us immediately as we walked in. The atmosphere here is quite relaxing, with soft alternative music playing in the background and the hum of hairdryers in the air. If you want to just relax while getting your haircut, this is definitely the place. We didn't have to wait very long for Chelsea to come get my fiance for his haircut and, as always, she greeted us with a big smile. My fiance's hair always looks great when she does it! She does an awesome job with my hair as well and it seems like she knows exactly what I want despite my vague descriptions. The prices here are a bit high, but it's worth every penny to get our hair cut by Chelsea!

Sarah really listens to what I want to do with my hair, and now it is exactly how I want it. Sarah is also sweet, friendly, and a joy to be around. I say "appeared" because there were several women in an unseen back room laughing and talking, and every so often one of them would peek out, look at me, and then lean back in. Finally, when I was just about to turn around and walk back out, someone else came from another direction, to ask me what I wanted. Well, I'm standing there with long hair, in a hair salon. Should have been obvious. I told her I came for a haircut. Ignoring the completely empty salon, she told me everyone was busy, and I could make an appointment for the following afternoon. So I just left. I'm very glad this salon is so busy that they can afford to turn away clients.
