Hang onto your hair and run! I had the nastiest "stylist" who cut my hair so badly you'd think it was done by a trainee wearing a blindfold! The whole thing was horribly uneven. Instead of the simple layers I asked for, this lazy woman just made one big chop halfway down, leaving me with a ridiculous, bi-level mop that looked like a short wig over a long one. She carelessly cut my hair right across in the back, regardless that I repeatedly asked if she could please cut it into a V-shape - and then she became verbally abusive when I mentioned it to her! She totally disregarded the photos I showed her of me wearing my hair the way it looks best, instead cutting it however SHE wanted. She offered no apology whatsoever for her numerous mistakes nor for her foul attitude, and never even uttered a "thank you" for the generous tip I gave her. The manager there is just as rude and unhelpful, refusing to even speak to that employee despite the fact that I stood there looking like a brunette Bozo The Clown. So, if you want your hair chopped off haphazardly by a lazy, rude, classless goon who thinks she's a "stylist", go here. Otherwise, go to a real hair stylist who listens to and respects the customer. read more

I would never go back!! I was charged $55 for a wash , blow out and flat iron. Way too much for such little work and it took them way over an hour to get me in and on top of that it took the lady even longer to do my hair. She kept saying her feet hurt and would lean on my hair on the back of the chair. In the end my hair wasn't even straight with a flat iron mind you my hair isn't long a little longer then shoulder length and normally will just blow out straight when it's done right. Don't listen to those reviews they're outdated. Got nervous in the chair as I read them but it was too late. Then I got a great cut. There was no wait to get seated. They just became private and franchises so idk maybe they got new staff, but they were friendly, sweet, and did a great job on my hair. read more

DO NOT GO HERE.....my sons just had their hair cut there and I have never seen such a horrible cut!! It is ridiculously uneven and the hair line has bald spots!!! Can't believe this girl has not been sued! read more

Terrible place. This salon deserves zero stars. Poor customer service and long wait times for a lousy uneven hair cut. The stylist that attempted to cut my hair had such a nasty attitude. It was a really despicable and disturbing experience. This place is dirty and unprofessional. Save yourself the trip and cut your own hair.
