Lucy, this was an absolutely unacceptable violation. Four inches gone. I'm devastated. She also accused me of "telling her how to do her job" simply because I said I'd like some point cutting. She asked what I wanted, then acted insulted when I described the haircut I came in for. The worst salon experience of my life, and I haven't even addressed all of the issues. For my regular, short-length nails, Lexie provided essential nail+cuticle care, lotion massage, a hot towel wrap and nail polish application. I'm not one to bitch about money when it comes to any of my beauty regimen- but the $50 for both my mani+pedi here- in this trendy side of Kingston is more than what I paid while living in White Plains. Now this is probably setting off red flags for anyone who has gotten waxes before but like I said this was my first. I will spare yall the in depth details but just know. Weeks of tweezing every single hair follicle for WEEKS. It has been excruciatingly painful and I called after my trip and whoever I spoke to in the phone was completely professional and understanding of my situation.
