When I arrived at the salon this evening, about 5:30 pm, no one was in the salon. I was told the stylist was taking a short break and would be back soon. I went and took care of my errands inside Walmart and returned about 10 mins later and she had a man in the chair, cutting his hair. She told me about 20 mins. So I sat down to wait. After she checked him out, she came over and told me she was going to take another man, in front of me, and told me he'd been waiting for an hour. Obviously not true, I was the only other person in the salon. I called her on it and she let me know she didn't care, she was taking him first. I left. I've never said this before, but I'm saying it now. If I could give less than 1 star, possibly even a negative number of stars, I would. I won't be back. read more

Went to this place twice and it was hell. The first time the lady messed up my bangs and had an attitude with me after I asked if she even knew how to layer hair. I then witness her cut almost all of my grandma hair. Which my grandma had to go to another salon to fix what the lady chopped off. The second time coming to this place she cut way too much hair off and didn't even know how they style my bangs after I said I wanted them like curtain bangs. She also had bad hygiene and her breath smelled horrible and she was literally breathing in my face. I'm surprised this lady still has a job or even went to school. This happened on a Friday on the 6th when my family was starting to grocery shop at walmart in wford . I walked up to the register with my two kids that need hair cuts plus myself and was told by a young lady with purple hair to come back at 7pm. I thought ok that's fine so when it hit that time while shopping I came back and she had already taken a customer that had an appointment at that same time! She never told me about an appointment to begin with and I told her she should've told me about the appointment before I left. She said nothing and ignored me she was rude to me as well. We were regulars there but not no more. I just went somewhere else today for more affordable price today and better job too for all of us. read more

Lady didn't wash or wet my hair and then proceeded to cut it dry... I got home and my hair was different lengths and crooked!! Thought I'd give them a try.... Won't do it again! read more
