The one thing I enjoyed most about her is that towards the end of my hair cut there were still a few adjustments I wanted to be made, mainly me just wanting my hair even shorter, and she managed to execute a beautiful haircut despite my nagging. I wish I took yelp worthy before and after photos but I had my hair go from a dirty blonde to a platinum blonde and she cut my long bob into a a very short bob/pixie. I made a wasted trip, from Pascagoula to D'Iberville, yesterday to try to rectify the problem and my dissatisfication but was told I would have to make an appointment to fix the nail polish and design which was not even one of 3 examples given to the nail tech last week. I called yesterday morning to see if I needed an appointment in order to fix the cluster f#@! from last week and was told by the owner to just come in, no appointment was needed. I received a new acrylic overlay last month so I shouldn't have had any gaps in the refill done last week which I did, the refill was not done correctly along the sides of my nails nor all the way to my cuticles. I thought about the rectification I was offered which was to redo the nail polish free of charge but when questioned about receiving a refund, credit, or gift certificate for my time/effort I was told they wouldn't/couldn't do that, which is a crock of baloney in my opinion . The manager I spoke with today gave me some cock and bull story about the problem with the acrylic being like it is, is because it has been a week and regrowth. I offered to send pictures taken last weekend of my nails. Then I was told I had ingrown toenails is why my toenails were sensitive which is also a crock! It's because the nail tech didn't know her backend from a hole in the ground obviously was afraid to do a proper pedicure! I tried to offer a reasonable solution, in my opinion, but was denied what was offered on my part.
