My search is over! On average my hair looks great for 3-4 weeks after seeing Nanette. I have wavy hair and have always wanted a lasting cut that makes my hair look less wavy. Her work is literally the best hair style I've ever had. She also gave my 4 year old son his first ever haircut after he'd never let anyone touch his hair with scissors. It says a lot of when a kid likes his dad's haircut so much he wants one too after never allowing it. And kids also sense good vibes and Nanette definitely is definitely one of the nicest people we've ever met! I can not recommend Nanette enough, especially for men's haircuts!

They ALWAYS run out of time. The second time was for color. I normally do a coppery red, but hadn't had it done since COVID started - so about three years ago. She did an amazing job using my reference pictures and using innovative techniques (almost a reverse balayage thing?) to leave out some of my lighter pieces that I already liked the color of. She used three different colors and glosses to give me dimension. I was out within three hours with a beautiful blowout. I was in Santa Fe for my birthday in February and happened upon Shrine as I was trolling and shopping. Upon entering the salon (or so i wish to call it), I was greeted and welcomed, despite the busy clientele. I was treated with the utmost respect and asked if there might be an opening the following day. Bear in mind, I had no clue what I was doing, nor did I know what image I had in mind. I was instructed to go on-line and find an image to email over in advance, which I did. The next day I came to an appointment with a complete stranger, Joe, who was just the nicest, professional, and genuine person. Of course, I will return, since I may have a new addiction.
