Showed up to my appointment and showed them what I wanted and the nail technician told me only two people can do that and they were too busy and that I should have told them what I wanted when I made my appointment. They don't have time? But I made an appointment! How should have I known that I needed to explain exactly what I wanted done?!? She asked if I had a backup of something else, but after my past experiences here and the way she handled the situation in front of many people sitting around in that moment I decided that the customer service is not up to par and they didn't deserve my money and I left. I went to Galaxy nails and they took me without an appointment, late and did the nails I wanted without hesitation or attitude. I will not recommend top nails to anyone I know and will go to my normal salon that does amazing nails in Rio rancho.

I have gone twice now and had an AMAZING experience with Brittany Hatch both times. The first time was for a blowout. I have SUPER long, thick hair. She was able to take care of me with a double wash, condition, blowout and roundbrush within the hour allotted time - this has literally NEVER happened anywhere else for me. They ALWAYS run out of time. The second time was for color. I normally do a coppery red, but hadn't had it done since COVID started - so about three years ago. She did an amazing job using my reference pictures and using innovative techniques (almost a reverse balayage thing?) to leave out some of my lighter pieces that I already liked the color of. She used three different colors and glosses to give me dimension. I was out within three hours with a beautiful blowout. I will keep coming back and seeing Brittany again and again - the pictures speak for themselves.

Not only did they give me the best hair color experience I've ever had, having had many. They also welcomed my dog in their salon during my appointment.
