I was so angry that I just kept my mouth shut so I didn't start screaming and crying. He was supposed to wax my eyebrows but had no idea what a arch was. He got some girl out of the break room to do it and she was so sullen and rude it was ridiculous. I had to go elsewhere to get my hair shaped. That cost on top of the $55.00 I was charged. I would have refused but there is a sign where you check out that tells you not to negotiate prices or refuse to pay. Apparently an ongoing problem with the crappy service. I wouldn't recommend this place ever.
