My Geriatric Mother has been coming to this salon for a while now to have Kim color and cut her…read morehair. She's requested the last two visits to have her eyebrows colored with the same color as her hair. Her eyebrows were never colored per her requests. Instead, she gets her eyebrows waxed; in which she did not need nor request. The last two haircuts are embarrassing and were just plain negligent. I fixed the previous haircut myself for my Mother. My Mother paid $60. for a cut and color and gave Kim a $20. tip. She always tips very well in all the services that she is provided. When we got her home, we realized it was a bad, bad haircut. See the pictures. I couldn't fix this one as it needed a professional. So like my Mother and a lot of other Geriatric clients; she wanted to see if Kim could fix her bad haircut. When we arrived, all Kim could see is that my Mother had a small problem around her face. I stood up for my Mother and insisted that we leave. I even called out the unevenness in the back and suggested shaving it in the back to even it out, but instead; Kim gave my Mother $40. back. Kim kept the other $40. I will not take my Mother back to Arcade Hair Creations in Lincoln again and have found a much more professional salon and better hair stylist for my Mother. It cost her $40. to get her bad hair cut repaired and eyebrows colored; finally. Taking advantage of Geriatric clients is a crime. Not listening to them is a worse crime.
