I got deep conditioning, flat iron and curls but soon as I got home the curls fell out and and it was all bushy again and it was probably because of my 4C hair and I wouldn't recommend 4C or thick hair to go here then I called back and chloe answered I asked for a refund and they said they could give me 30% off on my next visit but I paid $66 dollars. read more

I recently lost my dog of 10 years, Roofus, to cancer. In an attempt to cheer myself up I decided to get a wash, trim, and blow out at the Ulta in the mall. I was placed with a young lady(?) named Logan. She was very unpleasant. I confided in her about Roofus, and she laughed in my face and told me he's better off dead. Not to mention, I just wanted a wash, trim, and blow out. She dyed my hair black and gave me a pixie cut. I just wanted a bob. Absolutely sick individual. I emailed management and never heard back. I first came here to get the 10 minute facial. The young lady who did it was pleasant and informative. It was very relaxing. I felt refreshed afterwards. I guess you could even say my skin was glowing. She recommended I come back for a blackhead treatment. I recently returned to get the blackhead treatment. The service was still quality this time around. I almost fell asleep during it. I got that relaxed. She did have to press on my nose with a tool to extract the blackheads. It's only a slight discomfort. It still didn't stop me from dozing off. I could tell how clearer my nose looked after. Each time I've been in here, everyone has been courteous. read more

I am extremely disappointed. I have NEVER had issues at this location before, but my recent experience was unlike anything I've experienced. On May 11th, 2024 I entered the store with two of my friends to browse. We were welcomed, and asked if we needed any help. We said no, and everything seemed completely normal. That was until we met Chloe. Chloe began questioning us, asking if we needed anything. Mind you, we had repeatedly answered no to her inquiries. But again, me and my friends detected no malicious intent. However, as we strolled the aisles, we realized that Chloe was following us. We was taken aback by this behaviour, and none of us could believe it. We thought perhaps we were in her way, so we decided to let her do her employee business. Thats when we realized she was still behind us. That's when it clicked, she thought we were stealing. Me and my girls were MORTIFIED. This unprofessional behavior left us feeling embarrassed and frankly targeted. We immediately felt unwelcome, so we decided to cut our trip short. I was the only of my friends that was purchasing anything, but they stood in line with me. There were two registers open, and we were next in line. And just as we thought we had lost Chloe, we hear a grating voice. She says "I can ring you up here." I could not believe she was serious. She decided to open a WHOLE NEW register just to check me out. There was a customer who needed help finding lipstick, and instead of helping her she sent ANOTHER employee to help. She checks me out, and we think that this situation is finally over. Then, as we are walking out we hear footsteps. Loud, heavy, menacing footsteps. This woman took it upon herself to WALK US OUT of the store. It was humiliating. Whatever she was insinuating is FAR from the truth. We have never, ever stolen i'm our lives. This behavior is rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I don't know what world we live in where it is appropriate to STALK three teenaged girls in a store, but it is not one that I wish to live in. Do better. read more

I went in with flat, damaged hair to get it healthy and lively again. My mom spent $140 on a perm and a cut and all they did was mess up and waste our time. My hair was supposed to look really wavy and like the salon advertises. Instead, it just looks like someone took a crimping iron to it. Don't go to these people. They just take your money. read more

Took away one star because I got my eyebrows done there but after telling and showing the manager how unhappy I was he gave me a few freebies and offered me anther free service if I wanted which I declined. But I was very happy with how he handled the situation by actually listening showing empathy an trying to fix the problem with eyebrow pencil freebies the good high end brands. Also every time I've been in the store all the staff has been professional and friendly. At some Ultas I've been to it almost feels like they are stalking you or unfriendly as you browse and try things. read more

Only go here if you don't mind you hair being messed up. While their products are great I would never go back to the salon. I asked for my hair to be blonde and was booked with the salon manager. My hair ended up being purple and white. In the end she finally fixed it by dying it brunette. Also the person she had help take my foils out hurt me when she was pulling them out and joked about how rough she was being. Pretty sure that is the opposite of customer service. I would never get my hair done here again or recommend it to anyone. I still haven't been to another salon because it was so traumatic. read more
