He gave me a receipt in my Christmas card for $40.00. When I went to pay my bill, Cinnamon said the receipt wasn't any good and she'd have to collect the full amount since I didn't have a gift card. I explained they never gave my husband a card only the receipt. He never challenged it at the time. Therefore, after I paid my bill in full, we filed a dispute at the credit card. Cinnamon called to tell us she was sending a check for $40.00. She never apologized for their error or anything. We still wait for that check to come in the mail. We were so disappointed in her professionalism and lack of remorse. I doubt that we'll ever go back to her salon knowing how she treats her customers.

The other salons in the area were charging $30+ for a trim and when you call to make an appointment they were short. My daughter and I just wandered across this salon and decided to go in. Everyone was super nice and they fit us in within the hour. The same person cut both our hair, she was very fast and did exactly what we asked, trimmed with long layers. She was also so easy to talk to, no weird awkward moments. Once my hair grows, I'd like to go to her for a more intricate style.
