I have to say that she more than made up for the big disappointment and blow off of another skin care person when I wanted to gift myself for my birthday in March. This other person who actually has a large following (my one review of her in detail is here in yelp) totally disgusted me when I had to reschedule twice and she seemed ok with it but when I tried to rebook she told me she wasn't taking any new clients! Go try to figure that one out. But the promise is that when one door closes another even better one opens and so I was blessed by meeting Krista! I love her and her work. So what I needed! I was dealing with a severely dry scalp, but all she did was scrub it with her hands, didn't use a scalp brush or anything (I still had dry flakes in my scalp when I got home). I figured blow drying after a scalp reatment was included - NO! I got charged 15 extra dollars JUST TO GET MY HAIR BLOWDRIED. Not styled or anything. Overall assessment: overpriced & felt like a burden/like I was being rushed.
