She gave me bangs but they are thin and wispy and she obviously didn't take enough hair from the crown to make them.....she also missed a bunch of pieces of hair that I later had to cut myself at home. My hair is really thick so because she cut it all one length (she didn't thin out the ends or blend them AT ALL) its super choppy and dense at the bottom. I wish she would have listened to how I wanted my hair to look instead of just randomly cutting it. I'm giving two stars because although my hair is not how I wanted it, it is not a horrible hair cut. To get the bob I want I'm going to have to wait toll it grows out and then get it. Overall really dissatisfied and will not be going back.

She is so good and so nice. The salon is small, but neat, clean and nicely decorated. Worst experience ever - you could not pay me to go back…read more All I wanted was a simple, basic cut. The stylist gave me a bad cut, then when I called the next day about getting it fixed, she wanted me to wait another 5 days before there was an opening. When I clearly did not want to wait that long and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix it sooner, she told me that even if I came back for a fix she would not wet cut it like I wanted because she is allowed to have her "preference" (for dry cutting - which sure didn't work the first time), maybe I should go back to Great Clips, and if I know so much about hair then I should get myself a cosmetology license. Aaaaand I reached out to the owner 3 times in the following week with no response, so I guess this is acceptable?
