It is comfortable and everyone there made me feel like I was at home while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. Jess helped me get the perfect cut. She really listened to what I wanted, while providing helpful tips. She didn't cut it too short, and the style is amazing. I can't say enough about the cut itself. It is PERFECT!! She also helped me pick out two great colors for some peek-a-boo highlights. They look so natural! It added crazy dimension to my thin hair. I ended up making friends with both of the other stylists working and saw the work they both did on other customers while I was the shop and.... WOW. These ladies know what they're doing!! She is also amazing at waxing eyebrows (I don't trust anyone else to do them as well), but due to Covid-19 they aren't offering waxing services. She also is an amazing at styling hair and doing makeup for special events! Over the years she has stayed up to date on styles and new techniques! I appreciate her honest advice and her skills with cuts and color! When my mother was visiting this year, she didn't want to go a week without her usual weekly wash, blow dry, etc. I got her an appointment with Valerie and she was very pleased.
