At first I wasn't going to tell him I was a stylist myself but quickly felt as though I had to because I was in Awwwh at the way he cuts. He was extremely precise, asked me about my likes and dislikes of my hair, made suggestions and his technique was that of an artist. He took his time with me and didn't not rush at all. I drove downtown to find an adorable little hair salon tucked into a brick building. It was clean and quiet. I was just getting a wash, cut, and style - but Michi made me feel like his favorite customer. The hair wash was phenomenal, with scalp massage. The cut was amazing! Usually when you walk in for just a wash/cut/style, you get quick scissors to your hair, a too-hot blowdry, and you're shoved out the door.
