I enrolled my son in the infant classroom when he was around 9 months old. The growth and learning my child saw within the first month was unbelievable! He was doing baby sign language to tell us he wanted "more" milk, or food before he could even crawl. It was amazing. The dedication each of the teachers has for each child is unlike any other I have ever seen. We stayed with them until he was 1 when we ran into some financial issues. This school is pretty pricey, but it's worth every cent. They worked with me to try and keep us there, and I wish we could have stayed. Unfortunately, I had to take him out for almost a year. It was very sad. Then life went back up again and we were able to take him back to school part time. They remembered his name, my name, my husbands name, and even the cars we drove. Diane and Josh are so super nice, and just overall good people. Ms. Jasmine is too (My son LOVES her). Going back was a relief. I never worried about him being okay, and they always kept the lines of communication open to us. Ms. Liza and Ms. Quinn were amazing and got my son back up to speed in no time. My son is two now and potty training in Ms. Debbie and Ms. Jessica's classroom. They have been nothing but supportive and have always been there to answer any questions I may have in terms of what's normal behavior, how he is advancing, and just to giggle about the silly things he does. He even speaks spanish now too! Every day I receive a report that breaks down the different things they have done that day and what part of development it's for. They also break down how much lunch he ate, how long he napped, and his potty habits. There is even a little section where they write a sweet little moment my child had during the day: "Today (child) had so much fun kicking the soccer ball to his friends! He kept on yelling go team go!" Honestly, it's the best school in the area. I wouldn't dream of taking my child anywhere else. He's excited to go to school. He's excited to learn. He doesn't cry when we get there, he was immediately comfortable when taking him back after the break. I am so thankful for The Goddard School and what they have done for me and my family. All of the teachers there are amazing and so good with each age group. We are lucky to have a school like this!

I first learned about Capo kids when I saw a group of their campers at Urfer park earlier this summer. (Each day of camp includes a different field trip, such as the park, bounce house, laser tag, pool, etc.) I was immediately impressed by not only the kindness and camaraderie the children showed to one another, but also by the incredible maturity and aptitude of the two counselors I saw in action. I liked what I saw so much that I asked the counselor who they were, and went right online to check out what their program was all about. What I had witnessed at the park all made perfect sense when I read about the values instilled within this martial arts summer camp, such as the importance of having a good attitude and character, making the right choice, giving 100%, doing the right thing, and so on. On his first day of camp, I continued to be dazzled as another young boy greeted my son with a smile and a handshake and showed him where to put his things. The counselors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable that I was leaving him in good hands. Each day my son came home happy and tuckered out. By the end of the week he had learned some fun new martial arts moves that he was very excited to show off. We both look forward to future classes and camps with Capo Kids!

My son was a left handed kid and somehow now a right handed boy. My boy never noticed or commented on skin color until after attending this school. Also when my boy came home with bruises, why would you all not find it a priority to get me a copy of the daily video surveillance unless you all caused the bruise. If you weren't responsible for it, wouldn't you want to get that video out ASAP?? They will come off supper happy and excited to teach your kiddos, once they have your $$ that will all change. Everything above is my personal experience, so do your own research. The photo below is my sons bruise, and one of the "teachers"

The best way to put it, the director is Trunchbull from the movie maltida. For the amount of money that you pay here, the customer service should be excellent. The turn around of teachers is extremely high. The director is to blame. She treats them horrible. She are all scared to clock in and out a min late or they get reprimidad. This is a center where young children go and the director doesn't have a single inch of warmth to her. Avoid yourself the headach, the awkwardness or not being greeted, and the constant inconsistencies of teacher due to her poor leadership.

The school has made a lot of improvements over time since we first started and seems to be headed in the right direction. While the turnover of teachers was initially a concern for me, it seems like Kiddie Academy LWR has recently done a better job of retaining some good teachers and administrators. The school has also improved their curriculum and the kids seem to be learning more. My daughter's reading readiness scores jumped over 20 points higher between the start and end of VPK at this school! While I think they can still focus more on reading and math readiness, they seem to be improving the curriculum every day. My daughter also has made amazing friends with the other kids and strong connections with her teachers. Overall I recommend giving Kiddie Academy a chance, as the school is just getting better every day and seems committed to constant growth and improvement. My daughter loved it!

Remind you there is no reviews good or bad about this school. When I was in the 2 year old room the first caregiver was not wearing a bra. Keeping an open mind. There is probably a logical explanation. The second caregiver sat in a chair and just gave directions and never got up to interact with the kids. She was not disabled. Again, keeping an open mind. The playground needed some work. Still not a deal breaker. So, the day of registration I bring my son in and I was greeted with "you didn't bring any diapers." I did. I left them in the car until I finished getting my son registered. Which I explained to her. (He is 18 months) I went into the baby room to talk to the administrator. As I was speaking to her, one of the caregivers immediately disciplined the baby by yelling at him. There was no calm talk or redirecting done first. As we continued to talk the same woman yelled again and yanked the boy by his arm. I thought I was going to snap. I feel the administrator is well aware of this woman's actions. It clearly is not her first time. Especially, if you can't even put up a front in the presents of a parent. I told them that I do not agree with how they discipline the children. She asked me why and I explained and the woman that did the reprimanding said to me that she just moved the child away from the other. If I can pick out the two children involved out of the 10 other children in there, I think I can tell the difference between removing the child and just being plan mean and abusive. I do not ever write reviews. This time warrants it as a warning for any parent trusting another individual to care for your child.
