She learned way beyond my expectations while making friends along the way. She would come home and teach me things that I have long forgotten about animals and space and so on. Her writing skills also blew me away. Miss Amelia and her staff are amazing. As a Mom I could not be happier with Tender Hearts. I just wish it didn't go so fast. Paper planes is engaged with their kids. They listen to the parents and give the children the tools they need to succeed. They don't just let them run and around and play , they plan activities and themes. The staff are friendly, professional, and consistent. We also have a 6 month old son and we did not have any worries enrolling him in as well. Most are scared to leave their babies in a daycare so young but we had no doubt he would be in good hands. My son got hurt multiple times here and saw the EMT. No one ever notified me both times this happened. The final straw was him hitting the back of his head on the pavement and having a lump, he complained of a headache and thats when I found out they were playing sharks and minnows on the pavement! No super vision, counselors are on their phones most of the time, they barely check IDs at pickup. When I tried to withdraw him they decided he was no longer a fit. When Amy refused to give me a refund for the weeks we were not going to be coming any longer I asked to speak to the owner, after refusing to call him several times she finally decided to call him and said to me "you know what your a real pain." Apparently their policy states absolutely no refunds even when your child is in danger. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

This place has 2 year olds with masks on. It is a mess, unkept and the teachers desk looks like a bomb went off on it. No organization, not much learning more like a day care. Instead of worrying about masking a small 2 year old and putting an unnecessary strain on their underdeveloped lungs they are too busy hanging on the CDC's every word (which has a terrible track record for being truthful and factual) during COVID. CHILD ABUSE. GET THE MASKS OFF OUR CHILDREN. PS. When asked why the kids still have masks on they said "We have a lot of dr. Parents Who wanted to finish out the school year with masks."
