He was born…read moreduring the pandemic and we really feel like it's important for him to socialize and interact with other kids his age. The staff at Tutor Time has been absolutely amazing. They are supportive, knowledgeable and are excellent with communicating to me. One of the really wonderful things we liked about Tutor Time over the other schools we looked at was that they have a live camera feed into our sons classroom and the Sprout About app is super helpful. We can communicate through the app, get updates on food/diaper changes, see photos, etc. Jessica and Francesca are the best! They always answer all of my questions and make sure to follow up with me. They decorate the school so nice for each holiday and create schedules that include fun days like pajama day! The teachers are also great with our son! We are so thankful he is comfortable there. We definitely recommend Tutor time!

Paper planes is engaged with their kids. They listen to the parents and give the children the tools they need to succeed. They don't just let them run and around and play , they plan activities and themes. The staff are friendly, professional, and consistent. We also have a 6 month old son and we did not have any worries enrolling him in as well. Most are scared to leave their babies in a daycare so young but we had no doubt he would be in good hands. During this time my daughter was having extreme melt downs about going to school. The second time my daughter came home with a HUGE LUMP on her head and told us exactly whats been going on. A boy was punching her in the head. we called, talked to administrators, and talked to teacher Ms Paige in person. STILL NO INCIDENT REPORT WAS MADE and the teacher said basically she has no clue what we were talking about but she would keep an eye out. At this point i was in contact with a few employees besides the teacher on a personal level who confirmed exactly what happened and what child was doing this behavior to multiple kids and it was not being handled properly. They refused to refund the security deposit, charged us an additional two weeks that the security should have covered, then called us for more money staring we didn't pay for two weeks prior to withdrawing our daughter (impossible, we have all bank statements). Ella from billing was supposed to contact us and never did. We were supposed to be supplied with the owners phone number and email, and it never was given to us. We pulled our child because the program was ran horribly, not because we just decided to. Our child was not being protected which means we should have got our security deposit back, not it basically stolen from us than trying to charge an additional month. This place will scheme you right out of your money, take advantage of children's speech delays, and not take proper protocol to protect your children. On top of safety issues there are health issues where protocol is not being followed. Kids who are sick are never sent home even if they have a fever, coughing, and snot running down there face. In three months we got the flu twice, RSV twice, and Covid once. So your child will be consistently ill. MULTIPLE issues coming from every department in this place. Keep ur child safe and healthy- skip kiddie academy. The second i pulled my daughter from this place and put into a different preschool program she started thriving instead of declining in every area. I could only assume they stopped doing incident reports because another child had 18 of them with bodily injuries and no one had any answers. This is illegal and god only knows what has happened to my child during this duration of time since nothing was ever reported.

She learned way beyond my expectations while making friends along the way. She would come home and teach me things that I have long forgotten about animals and space and so on. Her writing skills also blew me away. Miss Amelia and her staff are amazing. As a Mom I could not be happier with Tender Hearts. I just wish it didn't go so fast. I am not sure if they still have infant care, please call to check that out. My, now 6 year old, daughter started at 2yrs old. Learned how to write, read, build healthy relationship, become comfortable being away from home for an entire school day. she entered Kindergarten reading 1st grade level books and confident in making friends. My husband works full time and I have a disability that limits me greatly at times. LICC became the first extra care we needed to support our children's growth. It takes a bill. They are warm and loving people. My youngest began there as an infant, she is now entering preschool there. We are comfortable knowing that she is in their hands. Their grounds are safe and sanitary. They are very serious about the health of their students and faculty. My little one hates leaving for school. She would rather play with her dolls at home all day. She will cry up to the moment she reaches the school. Within minutes, they tell me (because yes, I call. And they never call me annoying...to my face ), she is happy and playing with her friend, learning and singing. Obviously, I can go on and on. They have helped my family in ways we can never repay.
