I like kids, that's fine - and she was helpful, but this is a business and it doesn't seem to be treated like the relaxing place it's supposed to be. There are many alternatives around, take a look elsewhere for float therapy. This is the only service I tried, so I cannot comment on anything else they offer. To be fair, if you're going for a massage or any other service, give it a try at least - it may just be the float therapy that has the issues.
