Horrible service and fence is poorly installed. Close to $5000 to get the entire yard done to just be disappointed and ignored by the owner Scott. Trying to get them to come out since February to no avail. Door is unstable and does not close fully unless slammed due to the post that is not secure. No cement in the door post, cut at off at the base so does not fully go into the ground. Other side of the fence is tiling and uneven. Great work and fast service! They did our whole backyard vinyl fencing in 1 day! Another contractor would of completed the job in 3 so we were amazed at just how fast they were. All 3 installers were very friendly and took their time to explain to us their plan before they began working. Then after the job was done, they met with us again to explain other things. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I can't say enough good things about this company. Also they offer a lifetime warranty against any installation issues. I wish I could give zero stars. After many false starts (with our deposit in hand) the fence was put up in March without the proper finials. We have been texting for a date when they will be installed. The answer is, I'm too busy to come all the way there, the owner will call you. Needless to say, the owner never called. And no you can not leave a voice mail, mail box is full (or turned off). Sent an email as instructed by the answering/voice mail what ever they are connected to. No reply. This is in a retirement community and it feels like they are taking advantage of the older people. I look forward to the large number of neighbors asking where we got our fence so I can say go anywhere but to SMC. read more

Gave a deposit and signed contract on 4/26 and was told install would be in 30 days. It's now been 60 days and no install. Owner kept making promises on install date and never delivered. Now I'm trying to get my deposit back. Dont waste your time or money on this company. read more

Scott Czarnota, had done work for me in the past and honestly it was a good job. About 15 years ago. I had a tree that fell and took out some fence. last October 2023. Scott did a good job replaced a section of fence. I asked him to do more fence for me in the back, , We agreed on a cost, he sent me a contract took a deposit and I have been trying to contact him for months. He said he would call, but didn't. I gave him a $700.00 deposit made through paypal. Never heard from him again. Been texting, calling and email. I call the number, never get a answer, business line, they hung up, email....no response. Be cautious, Seems like they don't do as well as they used too. Looks like they are trying to beat me out of the deposit. Why deal with someone that may just take your money and run. If they had a zero, I would have used that. They installed a chain link fence adjacent to our property. Installers were rude, abrasive, and disrespectful! They had no paperwork, no survey, no permit. Not to mention they did not secure the fence footing with cement or any thing. When questioned they said they didn't really care they were only hired to throw up a fence as fast as they could. I spent $6,000 to have SMC put a fence up around a new pool. Andre the salesman should go sell cars based off of his attitude. Scott the owner at first was responsive and professional. SMC had to come out and replace a post and rail section that got damaged by a tree. I asked them to also reset the two posts for the front gate as they are not plum and the gate doesn't automatically close. I have 4 small kids, the gate needs to close on it's own. Their workers told my wife they adjusted the gate however it still isn't closing. I called Scott 4 times, texted him and asked them to call me back from their website. I have yet to receive a call back. Really disappointed in the service after spending $6,000 with SMC. I just want my gate to close........ read more

We had a 400 x 200 wood plank fence installed by these guys and they really did a terrible job. The boards are popping off. The wire that keeps the animals in has popped off on numerous occasions. The two entry gates have come off the hinges and/ or splintered and cracked. The fence itself is crooked and waive from warping. The owner Scott came back a couple times and gave us the run around and threw a few nails in but it didn't help at all. $9000 for a very amateur job that will need to be redone in a few years. They gave me the best pricing by far, which also included better quality, larger height, an arched gate, and custom flush bottom (great with the dogs preventing the likelihood of a collar getting caught at the bottom on the fence).
