That my lawn is so green and clear as we head into winter is a huge improvement over previous years. Jeff Sajovie Jr. grew up in the landscaping business and really knows how to get the best results. We hired 131 not only for grass cutting, but for weed control, mulching, aerating, reseeding and plant trimming. Jeff is a perfectionist. He never left our yard until everything was perfect. 131 is not the cheapest lawn service out there, but his pricing is fair. You get what you pay for. They were very busy but said they would see what they could do. They called me back a few days after all the snow melted. All I knew was that I wanted my disastrous patio relayed and all the beds to be cleaned and mulched. I said come and do whatever you can, I'll leave it up to you and be happy with whatever you're able to accomplish. In two days made my yard look more beautiful than I ever imagined! They dug up my old patio and relayed it with beautiful new pavers and a very high-end trim. They cleaned up every inch of my yard, planted new hydrangea from their nursery and laid beautiful black mulch in the front and back. I only needed them to do some basic maintenance for the beginning of the season, as the house was on the market. Repeated calls to Mike Rossi went unanswered. He absolutely NEVER returned a call. I had to call constantly. The grass continued to grow as I heard from no one, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Once I did finally get Rossi on the phone (I happened to call late when he answered the phone), he handed me a litany of excuses and promised to go to the site and give me a call back. He never did. I called back two more times to no avail. My last call was to tell the poor staff person on the phone that Mike shouldn't even bother to call me back, as if he were planning to anyway. In the face of angry neighbors, I was forced to call on other services - which at that late point in the season was very difficult. I wouldn't recommend Rossi Landscaping mainly due to their poor follow through and poor customer service. They caused a problematic situation for me unnecessarily.

Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck.
