Richard and his son are the real deal. They are true blue men. It is an old fashioned handshake kind of deal with no laborious contracts. They have a don't worry be happy kind of attitude while working hard at the toughest jobs that you ask them to do. Richard himself answers the phone and he came out within the hour to assess the problem.
