He left against their advice and within a day, he threatened to harm himself. This program did not help him. Messages that I left were not returned. I did speak with a case manager supervisor who was receptive and provided group options. I called and spoke with a different person last week and told them all of this.

From a massage/spa room, hiking in the beautiful Poconos mountains, group yoga and meditation, themed dinner nights, a glass sun room for yoga sessions, a beautiful golf course, daily hikes, a swimming pool - there are endless ways at Watergate to stay constantly entertained, distracted, challenged and inspired. My condition deteriorated. I stopped taking the pharmaceuticals that are meant to be taken until death and offered no hope for recovery. Elaine hardy, MS, RN, APN, C; is not just an amazing medical professional, she is one of those caring and intuitive physicians from a bygone era. It used to be when you walked into a doctor's office, they had more than HMO training, more than just the ability to follow HMO rules and regulations, there used to be doctors who actually had knowledge and were intuitive about your body and condition. You will find this once again Elaine. Over eight years ago, after having gone to a myriad of doctors and specialist, all of which were baffled by my condition, it was Elaine who was finally able to pin-point my issues and begin to help me work through them. By the time I had reached her, I was in fairly bad shape, unable to walk on my own and had a lump in my breast, most doctors were penciling in the death certificate but Elaine took a far more positive approach. She worked with my family to help us develop a treatment protocol which centered around my desire to stay as holistic as possible. She was sensitive to my desire to treat the cancer holistically and supported my decision, even though at times, I knew she was concerned. Elaine did not lecture me or try to force me into anything I was not comfortable in doing. Instead, she would lay out the options to my family and allowed us to make the decision that best suited my body. Elaine then supported us throughout our chosen treatment protocol. I still have clean cancer numbers 4 1/2 years after having a 3 1/2 pound, triple-negative tumor removed in a mastectomy. When most doctors didn't think I'd make it off the surgery table, Elaine stayed supportive of our family. In the end, I survived the cancer. I am still dealing with the severe neurological disease that put me in a wheelchair as a paraplegic but even in what seems like a dead-end condition, we are seeing small steps forward. Elaine worked with all my illnesses from the beginning, helping me to find ways to deal with the pain, looking for new treatment methods when the old ones weren't working and giving me hope for the future. She never gives up on you, she just keeps on working to find the answers. My son went to this "Clinic" to get an FAA physical to become a pilot. When I scheduled it they…read moresaid $150. At end of the call the receptionist said "oh ya know it is actually $250!" So my son shows up and then they demand cash. So he had to leave and come back with cash. No receipt was offered! When I demanded a receipt she was unable to provide one. So I assume the extra $100 was for the receptionist. The test is performed to which he was not asked if he was fasting. His sugar came up elevated. She wanted an A1C blood test in order to pass him. So he did with flying colors! But now my insurance won't pay for a test on a perfectly healthy 18 yr old. If she knew the FAA guidelines and inquired if he was fasting, all of this could have been avoided. The FAA guideline is known Diabetes with insulin. So medically inept and just out for the profit.
