Matt was super responsive and answered any questions I had and had no issues with booking 3 weeks out. Getting a quote was fast and the whole thing is pretty customizable and we got payment and details set within a week. The day of, Pam came an hour early to our reception venue to set up. She was a true professional despite a bunch of obstacles (mostly the wind/rain and also my family). Unfortunately, the printer did not work at the time of the ceremony but Matt made it right and mailed me them not too long after we got back. After completing the quote form and receiving the automated quote I received a personal email from the Owner Blane. He congratulated me and my husband on our baby and offered to work with me on rebooking their services as a return customer. One thing I love about their packages is they can create a unique design for the photo booth picture template. I had a very specific request for the design. It had lots of little details that at first caused some issues with the design. What I appreciated is that Blane kept me updated even when they ran into issues and in the end they were able to work it out. And I was very happy with the end result. On the day of the party, Blane had arrived early and greeted me when I arrived at the venue. When it came to taking pictures he even tried to get my daughter's attention so she would look at the camera. We are very happy return customers and hope to have another event in the future where we can rebook their services.

I selected the luxe package with snow white background that came with 2 template designs. Not only did one of my designs not print in the color I requested, but my logo was cut off in the print, and the saturation of the photos were so bad that the background came out pink. I expressed my concerns afterwards and Cristina agreed to reprint them and send them out to me so I can include them in my thank you cards. 2 months later, still nothing. I've emailed 3 times to ask where they are and have gotten no response. In addition, leading up to the wedding, the communication was just awful. It would take multiple attempts of reaching out to finally get a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone as it lacks professionalism and quality of service.
