They went through a full years worth of coverage in two visits. I had two dental policies and they used all my insurance money.

Where do I begin... let me start with this, if I could have given 0 stars I would have. Our…read morefirst/last visit there was horrible for both my daughter as well as myself. First off I was not allowed in the back while she had an exam. I can understand an office doing that for every visit after the first... but NOT prior too. She doesn't know them, trust them, want to be around them without her mother. Second, I never met the dentist... EVER! I spoke with an assistant before my daughter went back and after... that's the only staff member I met other than a receptionist. If my daughter is going to be sedated (whether completely under or mild) I want to be able to put a face with a name. Third, it took an hour and a half to clean her teeth, have a few x-rays, and an exam by the dentist. Last but not least my daughter wet her pants. She's 2. The assistant informed me of the incident and said "she didn't even tell us she had to go"..... -.-..... really? SHE'S 2! 'Nough said. I posted this on another website and I will continue to do so on every review site I can.

That guy REFUSED to allow me back with 3 of my minor daughters that were under 12 at the time. He said that children behave better without their parents. Which for my kids is not true. They pleaded for me to go back with with them but he absolutely refused. The incident happened a few weeks before he overdosed the child. My two youngest were so heavily sedated that my oldest daughter and I had to each carry them out to the car. They slept the whole ride home. They couldn't even eat dinner that night and went straight to bed until the next morning. This was only for a few fillings. The third child needed an adult tooth pulled, and he told me just to pull it that I would have to pay $400.00. I refused because as a single mom on Medicaid I didn't have that kind of money. I also had 2 teeth pulled for $400.00. Michael Tarver told me that I was more than welcome to take her where I had my tooth pulled, but likely they would overdose her on pain meds. I find this highly ironic since he as done this more than once. He used SCARETATICS on a single mom that is living paycheck to paycheck. I threw a fit when they quoted me for the extraction, so HE came out to talk to me personally. I remember his face and his condescending demeanor. He is a truly horrible human. I can't believe they are still allowing this man to practice dentistry. His license should be revoked.

The dentist that examined me was not the name on the door with the glowing reviews. In the paperwork they want you to sign away your 7th amendment right to a jury trial which is a HUGE red flag. (PS-They can't, but their lawyers try and there must be a reason) Not all the equipment works, there are no spit sinks or mounted radiatrons for Xrays...all signs of penny-pinching management. The chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. Then the pitch went to me needing an expensive "super cleaning" first when I had more pressing issues and they had records from my previous provider showing I had just had a cleaning in February. Then they added something called abfractions into my treatment plan. Filling abfractions is controversial and my 2 previous, reputable dentists said that they wouldn't fill those unless they bothered me. They don't ever bother me because at the advice of those dentists I simply use Sensodyne or another anti-sensitivity toothpaste. So as things went down, they counted 7 new cavities in just under 4 months. One was for real, 6 were abfractions. If you check Google reviews they have a lot of great reviews, but, the crowd here is elderly and has probably experienced a lot of other less-than-stellar dentists, so I'm not confident reviews are everything. Lastly, the excellently reviewed resident dentist, Amy, was not available and I didn't want to go forward with someone else as I could not find any background on the dentist that was subbing that day. Again, I liked the personnel. The office manager, Tammy, is very nice and accommodating and the hygienist is a very nice fellow BUT cheap chairs, cheap equipment, and questionable legal maneuvers make me wonder if their anesthetic, needles, and drills are also cheap.

I have been a patient at Fasttrack Ped for many years as this has been the pediatric office for my…read moredaughter and until today I have always trusted and valued the care provided here. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. During my daughter's appointment, I was denied access to the consultation room because I was accompanied by my service dog. As a result, I was not allowed to enter the exam room with my daughter for her physical appointment. My service dog is fully licensed, has accompanied me to medical appointments before without issue, and was completely under control at all times. He was placed inside his stroller, did not touch the floor, and did not come into contact with any physical facilities or medical equipment. Despite this, the staff refused to allow us access. As a long-time patient, I believe it is important for staff to be properly informed and trained regarding service animal rights, especially in a medical setting where inclusion, understanding, and patient support are essential. I sincerely hope this situation is reviewed so that no other parent or patient has to experience something similar in the future.Legal Rights of Service Dogs (ADA) Service dogs are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a federal civil rights law. Where service dogs are allowed A service dog is permitted to accompany its handler in all public places, including: * Medical and pediatric offices * Hospitals and clinics * Exam rooms and waiting areas * Schools and government buildings * Restaurants, stores, and businesses open to the public Medical facilities may not deny access, except in strictly sterile areas (such as operating rooms). What staff are NOT allowed to require Businesses or medical facilities may NOT: * Ask for certification, registration, or licenses for the dog * Require the dog to wear a vest or ID * Charge additional fees * Deny access due to internal policies, allergies, or fear of dogs The only two legal questions staff may ask Staff may ask only: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? They may not ask about: * The person's disability * Medical diagnoses * Proof or demonstrations of the dog's work When a service dog can be asked to leave Only if: * The dog is not under control * The dog poses a direct threat or shows aggressive behavior * The area is medically sterile and the dog's presence would compromise safety The dog's size, breed, or being in a stroller is NOT a valid reason to deny access.
