From the initial call to the appointment, the staff here made it a very easy and smooth process. The facilities are spacious and modern. The aesthetics from the lobby to the rooms lend an air of spa-like relaxation. The people are where this practice truly shines. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They seem to know that going to the dentist is not at the top of my list of favorite places, but their friendliness and professionalism put you at ease right away. Spoke with Jennifer regarding both my partner and i's insurance on more then one occasion. my partner had gotten x-rays from a previous dentist in July 2024, we were told by Jennifer he just needed to bring in his previous x-rays or he would be charged for new ones taken by this dentist (on special for $99) but NO OTHER CHARGES, the ultimate choice was his; either bring the x-rays or pay for new ones. My appointment went fine, got my x-rays, checked out and all that good stuff came back for a consultation for Invisalign, not so much: insurance stopped coverage on invisalign if you are over 19, the suggestion that was made to me besides a payment plan which is hard to get approved for - doctor suggested veneers as a ''cheaper'' alternative. i also waited over an hour in the lobby for a 10 minute consultation. i'm not sure how $5,000-$6,000 for vaneers is cheaper then the $5,400 for invisalign, but ok! He comes in today (03/13/2026) and it was a MASSIVE clusterfuck. The front desk was unprofessional for starters. Then he finds out that he is being charged $100 regardless of him having the x-rays right in his hand. No one seemed to know what was going on. Eventually, i step in over the phone explaining my conversations with Jennifer (he had already explained this to them.) and they tell me that his x-rays are too old and they need to take new ones and because it was a paper copy they could not see the apex of his teeth. We were never informed that there were ''requirements'' to him bringing in his x-rays. Jennifer told us that insurance covers x-rays are covered every five years and we have someone else saying every 3. Not sure of her name, but she stated they would not charge him and do the x-rays anyways (obviously due to both of us being frustrated and telling them what we were told and simply just needing to be able to create a care plan for him). He goes into the back and waits 15 minutes for a doctor to just simply come look at him and tell him a few things with no understandable explanation as to why these things need to be done. he was supposed to get a cleaning, did not happen. he was supposed to get x-rays, did not happen. but he did get a referral to get his teeth pulled! () when he confronted the issue of being told he was going to get x-rays and a cleaning he was told the people to do the cleanings were not there and that the referral he got would do the x-rays instead. Needless to say, left an extremely sour taste in both of our mouths and we will not coming back. He was also told by one of the receptionist that he ''could pay or....'' indicating he needed to leave. This entire process took over an hour of his day for him to get none of what he needed. We also filled out new patient paperwork the night before from what they have linked on their website and when he arrived they said they had none of his information and had him refill out the forms.

The dentist that examined me was not the name on the door with the glowing reviews. In the paperwork they want you to sign away your 7th amendment right to a jury trial which is a HUGE red flag. (PS-They can't, but their lawyers try and there must be a reason) Not all the equipment works, there are no spit sinks or mounted radiatrons for Xrays...all signs of penny-pinching management. The chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. Then the pitch went to me needing an expensive "super cleaning" first when I had more pressing issues and they had records from my previous provider showing I had just had a cleaning in February. Then they added something called abfractions into my treatment plan. Filling abfractions is controversial and my 2 previous, reputable dentists said that they wouldn't fill those unless they bothered me. They don't ever bother me because at the advice of those dentists I simply use Sensodyne or another anti-sensitivity toothpaste. So as things went down, they counted 7 new cavities in just under 4 months. One was for real, 6 were abfractions. If you check Google reviews they have a lot of great reviews, but, the crowd here is elderly and has probably experienced a lot of other less-than-stellar dentists, so I'm not confident reviews are everything. Lastly, the excellently reviewed resident dentist, Amy, was not available and I didn't want to go forward with someone else as I could not find any background on the dentist that was subbing that day. Again, I liked the personnel. The office manager, Tammy, is very nice and accommodating and the hygienist is a very nice fellow BUT cheap chairs, cheap equipment, and questionable legal maneuvers make me wonder if their anesthetic, needles, and drills are also cheap.
