My nephew now goes to him and is always excited for his trip to the dentist. (How often does THAT happen with kids?) I've also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Pavlica a few times when Dr. Ripich had been out of town and was just as pleased with the care. He is just as nice and intelligent and is also great with kids. Along with the dentists, the dental hygienists and receptionists are some of the best around! They are all very thorough and seem to genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The even call to remind you of your appointment a few days before so you're always informed. When I have children of my own, this is where I'll take them!

Additionally, just before Christmas Eve, I lost a crown (from a previous provider) and they fit me in to get it taken care of within just a day or so! I ended up needing a new crown, but he was able to mill it right in the office. I was in and out in just a couple of hours, and this with the office already incredibly busy. The staff work well together and I don't recall having to wait because they're running behind. I've also never had a problem rescheduling when life (inevitably) happens. The soonest they could get me in was 6 weeks, I thought they must really be good if they are so busy. I was wrong, they took the usual X-rays and then I was given a cleaning which during the whole process I was being sold on an electric toothbrush that they just happened to carry there. Then it was the Fluoride treatmentI should get every visit. When I finally saw the doctor and he looked into my mouth he counted out that I would need at least 12 crowns, and a bunch of other work. When I asked about fixing my broken tooth I was told we would schedule that for next time. So I spent 90 minutes and waited 6 weeks for a poor administered teeth cleaning. I went today a Saturday and had my tooth repaired not pulled like this dentist wanted to do. So the repair was not as expensive as this dentist wanted for the extractions. It's a shame I had to go outside of Wooster to find a good dentist.

After this we had to come in for an hour consultation to go over a long term plan for our mouths. We said no to that mentioning that all we wanted was our teeth cleaned. We had to go to another dentist as we felt this was just a money pit. Months later we were told that insurance would not cover it. In the end it was a $600 waste of money and we never got our teeth cleaned.

He asked how I've been and I said other than the 10 migraines I've had in the last two months. I'm great. ( never having migraine before)rather than just saying that that's too bad he said lets take a look at this, even though I was not due for x-rays he did a full x-ray and found that I had an infection on a two year-old root canal. after that correction and a round of antibiotics, I have not had a migraine since and I was able to complete a vigorous bike ride from the Ohio river to Lake Erie with a group of boys that I would've had to cancel. Dr. Huetter sits down w/ you at a table before your first visit to have a face to face before you ever get put in the tilty chair. While a little odd it totally makes sense and allowed us to cover business before getting bibbed up. He is very gentle and has a great chairside manner. All of the services that I have received from him have be nothing short of wonderful. His staff is kind and professional and the office is welcoming. I highly recommend him!
