We decided to stop in Medina Square, they had some sort of festival light walk. As we entered a big…read moretent with a makeshift market, I was greeted by a young lady with a big smile asking if I wanted a bag. Well at the moment I did not. After I walked half the table top vendors I decided to walk back and get a bag. My husband and I started talking to the young lady and young man in the booth. I told him that I had gone to the dentist and discussed what they recommend. He took so much time explaining the different procedures available, how to be proactive in care, etc. He recommended different dentist that do the procedure as well. He has vast knowledge, love for people and his job. After this first meeting I can feel that he would make the perfect family dentist for any family. He stated that his patients are not a number, that he will always take time to answer all questions we would have. I give him lots of credit for attending this festival in Medina and taking the time to talk to everyone. Based on this meeting I would recommend this dentist.

The first hint of this was charging for services that were NEVER delivered...I think it was $110. I did catch their overbilling. A few months later when I was undersedation, they demanded that my wife pay them $3500 immediately. Then a few weeks later, said "oh you owe us $344 more" The office them gave me a "estimated" cost of more work. Their answer was $28,800 which the insurer would pay $600.(we already paid them $6000 for 2024) At that point I asked the dentist if he was insane. One other instance was with my daughter in law. Watch out.
