I have 3 younger siblings who went elsewhere for braces. My best friend had similar problems. Her younger siblings went elsewhere as well. That was 20 years ago, though, so who knows. Maybe he has mellowed out or worked on his people skills.

Conditions are deplorable. The staff seem incompetent. The atmosphere excruciating wait times over…read morebooking patients having them to wait for hours for an appointment in the overall cleanliness is just terrible.

The last time I went to this dental office, I was about 6. My appointment was for a cleaning, and…read moreinstead of doing that, they took me to the back, strapped me down while I was screaming and proceeded to do a root canal that I did not need, which caused my mouth to be swollen for a week and I couldn't even talk. Fast forward to now, my teeth are now permanently messed up and gapped, so I would NOT recommend this office at all. They are known to give this type of treatment to children, leaving them traumatized such as myself. My mom had to fight me for years to go to the dentist even at 13. I will NEVER be taking my own children here. Also, the room where you get the cleanings done, is one big room with about 10 chairs and a giant window. Truly the WORST dentist I had ever been to. If I could give it -10 I WOULD!
